About the role
The EuroTrust platform is more than a token: institutions onboard, request mints, redeem and reconcile through our web platform, and the public verifies our reserves through it.
You will own that surface end-to-end — from the Node API to the React front-ends — and shape it from prototype into the production system a licensed e-money institution runs on.
What you will do
- Develop the institutional client portal (onboarding, mint/redeem flows, API-key management, webhooks)
- Build internal operations tooling: mint approval queues, KYB review, sanctions-alert handling
- Evolve the public transparency dashboard and attestation publishing pipeline
- Migrate the platform from its SQLite prototype to PostgreSQL with proper CI/CD
- Own observability: logging, alerting, uptime for a service banks depend on
What we are looking for
- 4+ years building production web applications across the stack
- Strong Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable without heavy frameworks
- Solid SQL and data-modelling instincts (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Security-first habits: authz models, session handling, input validation
- Working proficiency in English; based in (or willing to relocate to) the EU
Nice to have
- Fintech or payments background (SEPA, PSD2, open banking APIs)
- Experience with compliance-grade audit trails
- Design sensibility — much of our credibility is how trustworthy the product feels
